Platform Access Policy

1) Purpose

This policy defines how users may access and use Stratenity’s digital services, applications, and tools (the “Platform”). It ensures fair, secure, and compliant use aligned with our mission and legal requirements.

2) Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Not be subject to sanctions, restrictions, or prohibited access lists.

3) Account Requirements

Users must create a registered account to access restricted areas of the Platform. This includes providing accurate profile information, maintaining updated contact details, and safeguarding login credentials.

4) Access Levels

We assign user access based on role, subscription tier, and organizational agreements:

• Basic: Limited feature set for individual use.
• Professional: Expanded tools, integrations, and collaboration spaces.
• Enterprise: Full capabilities with custom onboarding, security controls, and SLAs.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform or its networks.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automation.
• No uploading of harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Use AI features responsibly and review outputs for accuracy before high-stakes use.

6) Security

Users must keep account credentials confidential and report any suspected compromise immediately. Multi-factor authentication is recommended for all accounts and may be required for certain tiers.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of this policy, applicable law, or contractual terms. Enterprise customers will be notified per their agreement.

8) Compliance Obligations

All users must adhere to relevant industry regulations, export controls, and data protection laws when using the Platform. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their teams’ compliance.

9) Changes

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Significant changes may also be communicated via email or in-app notice.
