Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-05-24. This document supplements the Terms of Use for the Stratenity Library subscription product.
1 · The 3-day free trial
Every Stratenity Library subscription begins with a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. If you do not add a payment method by the end of Day 3, your trial ends and we charge nothing.
2 · Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month. Once a monthly invoice is paid, the period is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for; we will not pro-rate or partially refund the remainder of the billing cycle.
3 · Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and renew on the same calendar day annually. Annual refunds are not offered as a matter of course. If you believe extenuating circumstances apply — for example an extended service outage on our side, a billing error, or an accidental duplicate enrollment — contact advisory@velorstrategy.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request in good faith on a case-by-case basis and respond within 10 business days with our decision and our reasoning.
4 · Cancellation mechanics
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your Account page via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until that period ends, you retain full Library access at the tier you are currently subscribed to.
5 · Post-cancellation license for already-extracted templates
If you cancelled while subscribed to a Download tier (Starter or Pro) and had extracted templates while your subscription was active, you retain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited 90-day license (the “Wind-Down Period”) to use those specific extracted templates, solely for the internal business purposes for which you originally extracted them. During the Wind-Down Period you may not (a) re-distribute extracted templates to any third party, (b) use them to provide services to your clients after the Wind-Down Period ends, or (c) make new copies beyond those necessary for routine use during the window. Upon expiration of the 90-day Wind-Down Period, your license to use the extracted templates terminates and you shall promptly remove or destroy all copies in your possession or under your control. The Wind-Down Period does not include continued access to the Stratenity Library itself.
6 · Refunds for billing errors
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge at an incorrect tier — email advisory@velorstrategy.com with the invoice reference and we will refund the affected amount within 5 business days.
7 · Acceptable Use violations are not refundable
Subscriptions terminated for material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or for any use outside the scope of the license granted in the Terms of Service — including without limitation any use of Library content as input to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or augment any machine-learning model, large language model, generative AI system, or other artificial-intelligence system — are not refundable. Stratenity employs watermarking and audit trails specifically to detect such uses; violations result in immediate termination of your subscription and may result in further legal action, including injunctive relief, recovery of actual damages, disgorgement of profits, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs.
