Social Media Manager — English

Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will own Stratenity’s presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and others), ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging brand voice in both English and Arabic. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital storytelling, can translate complex topics (strategy, consulting, AI, and education) into clear, engaging content, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Stratenity’s social media pages and profiles across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, POVs, workshops, and campaigns.
- Draft, edit, and publish bilingual (English/Arabic) posts, captions, and micro-articles with a professional consulting tone.
- Repurpose content from thought leadership, podcasts, videos, and events into social-ready formats (carousels, clips, summaries).
- Coordinate visuals and basic design assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, escalating relevant inquiries to the founder and core team.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare simple monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on social media trends, especially in consulting, AI, and education across the Middle East and global markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related fields (or strong equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing social media for a brand, startup, or professional profile (portfolio or links required).
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic, with strong attention to tone and detail.
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn as a primary platform for B2B and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with social media planning tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Express).
- Ability to work remotely with discipline, ownership, and consistent follow-through.
- Interest in consulting, AI, higher education, or strategy topics is a strong plus.
