Managing Director — English

Role Overview
The Managing Director for the UAE will lead Stratenity’s commercial growth, focusing primarily on sales and business development (approximately 80% of the role) across enterprise and government clients in the UAE and wider GCC, with 20% dedicated to overseeing consulting delivery quality, client relationships, and strategic engagements. This role is responsible for building and closing a pipeline of opportunities, shaping executive-level relationships, and positioning Stratenity as a trusted partner for strategy, AI integration, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the UAE and GCC region focused on enterprise and government accounts.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and account growth for strategic clients.
- Identify, open, and mature opportunities in strategy, financial transformation, ERP, and AI integration engagements.
- Lead executive-level conversations with decision makers (C-level, Ministers, senior leadership) on value, outcomes, and roadmaps.
- Build partnerships with ecosystem players (consulting firms, system integrators, technology partners, universities, accelerators).
- Coordinate with Stratenity’s global team to scope, price, and structure engagements aligned with the Stratenity OS model.
- Provide light oversight on consulting delivery (approximately 20% of time), ensuring engagements meet quality and client expectations.
- Represent Stratenity at key events, industry forums, and executive roundtables to grow visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, deals, risks, and market signals to leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required (e.g., MBA, MSF, MHA, or related field).
- Significant experience in enterprise and government sales in the UAE or broader GCC region (consulting, technology, cloud, or AI-related sectors preferred).
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong business development skills: prospecting, relationship building, solution positioning, and closing.
- Comfortable engaging at C-level and senior public sector leadership on strategy, operating models, and transformation topics.
- Experience working with or around management consulting, strategy offices, or transformation programs is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- High degree of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate with limited structure in a remote setting.
