  • Provide strategic advisory support (30% of the role) on capital structure options, valuation framing, scenario modeling, and financing pathways.
  • Monitor funding trends in US and global markets, especially around AI, digital transformation, consulting platforms, and workflow SaaS.
  • Prepare founders and leadership for investor meetings, including narrative coaching, Q&A preparation, and objection handling.

Qualifications

  • Finance degree or MBA required (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Experience in investor relations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development in US or global capital markets.
  • Demonstrated track record supporting or leading fundraising processes (seed, Series A+, growth capital, or similar institutional rounds).
  • Strong understanding of valuation, unit economics, SaaS metrics, and investor decision frameworks.
  • Comfort engaging with partners across VC funds, institutional investors, and strategic corporate investors.
  • Exposure to technology, SaaS, AI, or consulting-led business models is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear narratives.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple investor and advisory workstreams in a remote, high-autonomy environment.
