Role Overview
The Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising Advisory (UAE) will lead Stratenity’s engagement with investors, capital partners, and strategic financial stakeholders across the UAE and the wider GCC. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on investor relations, fundraising, and capital sourcing, with 30% dedicated to strategic advisory support, including narrative development, materials preparation, and financial storytelling for founders and executives. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality investor network, shaping Stratenity’s capital narrative, and supporting fundraising initiatives tied to Stratenity and selected client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an investor relations and fundraising strategy for the UAE and GCC region.
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners.
- Support capital-raising efforts for Stratenity and selected client engagements, including intros, follow-ups, and deal coordination.
- Shape Stratenity’s investor narrative, including positioning, thesis articulation, and value proposition for capital partners.
- Collaborate with the Founder and leadership team to refine fundraising strategy, milestones, and investor targeting.
- Lead or support preparation of investor materials (decks, one-pagers, data rooms, financial summaries, and FAQs).
- Provide strategic advisory support (30% of the role) on valuation framing, capital structure options, and finance-informed growth paths.
- Track market sentiment, capital flows, and investor appetite in the UAE and GCC for AI, consulting, and technology ventures.
- Build a repeatable cadence of investor touchpoints, updates, and relationship management rituals.
Qualifications
- Finance degree or MBA required (e.g., Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related field).
- Experience in investor relations, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or fundraising within the UAE or GCC.
- Proven track record engaging with investors, closing or supporting capital raises, or leading IR programs.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation concepts, and investment decision processes.
- Comfort advising founders and executives on capital strategy, fundraising readiness, and investor messaging.
- Exposure to technology, AI, consulting, or SaaS business models is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a strong plus but not required.
- High degree of ownership, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to operate in a remote, high-autonomy environment.
