Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations, scheduling, communication, and coordination across multiple projects. The role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a digital-first environment. It is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls across different time zones.
- Organize documents, prepare summaries, and support the development of reports and presentations.
- Assist in light project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking of action items.
- Handle email communication, meeting reminders, and workflow updates.
- Support research tasks, data gathering, and preparation of briefing notes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative work.
- Provide general support to the founder and leadership team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, administration, communications, or related fields).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work remotely with discipline, reliability, and ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar digital tools.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is a plus.
