Intensive 4–6 week sprint to identify, prioritize, and shape a portfolio of AI use cases, with clear owners, value cases, and implementation playcards.

Travel and accommodation (for on-site work) are billed at cost. Pricing for non-US markets can be adapted on request. Multi-track programs (e.g., Foundation + Governance + Accelerator) are scoped as a combined engagement.
